Synopsis
Every few hours a bus leaves Rikers Island Prison. On it is a gang of newly released NYC cons with $5.00 and subway fare. It brings them to a train station in Queens N.Y. where they are supposed to start their life over. The problem is more than half have no where to go. What do NYC thugs do freshout of prison with no money and no place to go? Whatever they gotta do! For every Queens Plaza drop-off, theres a Queens Plaza Pickup.
