Synopsis
It’s The Cabaret of 1970’s gay porn! Jack Deveau’s last film is a true story where life is rough and the sex is steamy, from glitter to gutter. The film depicts the real world behind Times Square’s Gaiety Theatre, which specialized in male burlesque in the 1970’s and 80’s. Also featured are cock and ball dances, costumed MC’s, performances by butch men and drag queens intertwined with hot and beautifully shot sex scenes. Like the Adonis Theater and the Mineshaft which also closed in 1980’s, the film gives a glimpse into a Times Square that is gone forever!
